Yasssss so uhm the story behind this is that, I’m making this cake and auctioning it off to raise money for sacrifice night at my church (pst- they’re trying to earn money for a speaker)

So let’s get onto the recipe shall we?

Ok here are the ingredients you need:

[BC]

2 3/4 Cups All-purpose flour

1 Tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1 teaspoons nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ginger

2 cups granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 sticks Butter (not microwaved)

4 large eggs

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 can pumpkin ( not pumpkin pie filling)

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoons vanilla extract

~(TIP: You can choose to make the whole three layers the same, or take out the pumpkin for two or one layer and instead put in a bit of Strawberry extract)~

Butter and flour your round pan.

This recipe uses the reverse creaming method.)Preheat oven to 350. Grease & flour three 8 inch pans.

In your mixing bowl add the dry ingredients (flour and the next seven ingredients). With the mixer on low speed, mix the dry ingredients for 30 seconds so all will be well blended. Add the pieces of butter a few slices at a time. Mix until the dry ingredients are moistened by the butter and look like coarse sand. If you pinch some of the mixture between your fingers it will stick together. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.

In another bowl combine eggs, oil, pumpkin, milk and vanilla. Whisk until well blended, set aside.

Mix the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients. When well blended, put the mixture into the round pan and put the pan into the oven. Leave in for 40-60 minutes each layer.

1 Cup of butter (2 sticks) or Margarine

2 Cups of Confectioners Sugar

1 teaspoon of Nutmeg

1 teaspoon of Cinnamon

Put the butter/Margarine in the bowl and whisk in until soft. Add 1 cup of the confectioners sugar, mix more until mixed well. Add the other cup of sugar and add the teaspoons of cinnamon and nutmeg.

~(TIP: if you used margarine you might have to put the frosting in the freezer for a while until it’s stiff and can frost without melting)

carve the top of the cake off if it has a bump on the top of it.

Between each layer add the frosting and after that is done frost the whole cake.

Add whatever sprinkles, cookies, etc to the cake ^^
