Hello! This is a checklist for any new grifix owners, it contains a guide to everything you have to get done for your grifix once you get them! All these must be completed in the span of two months since you got your first completed grifix design!
1. First of all, make sure you read the species terms of ownership! They are very important to make this community work smoothly and prevent unnecessary conflicts. And know that we’re always open for suggestions if you think we can improve anything!
2. Second, please join our Discord server! That is where I will send any updates regarding the species. Also, please do not leave the server unless you sold or traded all of your grifix and are no longer a grifix owner.
4.Lastly, any new Grifix must have a page completed in two months since the character is accepted or finds an owner. Look here for the submission tutorial. The page must contain all the info mentioned in the guide, so please follow it till the end.
5. Before sending the character submission in on the site, please send all the information and reference in #MYO-Approval on our Discord, as it is much easier to let you know there if there's anything that needs to be fixed ^^
THE REFERENCE
Every Grifix character must have a “official reference”. You can make as many references as you want, but one must be made according to this list:
✦ The reference must be made using one of the official bases: BASE GALLERY; Preserved layers bases files: PSD (works for photoshop), IPV (works for ibisPaint)
You can find all of the bases on our discord, where you can download them in any format you might need!! There are a lot of bases there that haven't been uploaded on the site, so better check that out instead of the site gallery ^^
If there’s a body type that you want and there isn’t a base for it please ask me to make one :3
The reference must include:
✦ A full body image of the character, without any clothing or accessories on, unless the character has only small accessories in their hair.
✦ A full body image of the character with clothing/uniform and accessories IF THEY HAVE ANY. Note that certain social statuses ask for certain uniforms. Some bases have uniforms for those, but for most bases you’ll have to draw those yourself. If you’re not sure about the uniform your grifix should wear, please ask me :3
✦ A full body image of the sphirix
✦ ADDITIONAL FOR TRIFIX: A full body image of how the character looks like with Timberlight on plus a close-up of the eye with Timbermist on
