Antoisa are mostly found in the Everfree Forest. But over time other Grifix found them and took them with them to breed.
Therefore the Everfree variation of Antoisa are hard skinned, and ones found in The Frozen Empire have gotten a bit fuzzier, during the construction of the Frozen Kingdom.

Diet:
Antoisa usually eat flowers and leaves of flowers, but are a pest controller and also eat sugar aphids.

Use:
The Grifix from the Everfree village found out that the wings of Antoisa are pretty much enduring and don’t disintegrate after death and so they use the wings of dead Antoisa for cosmetics or for jewelry. The Grifix respecting all nature, wait for the Antoisa to die before taking their wings,
Over the years this has become a beloved practice and when the Grifix after the cataclysm moved to the Frozen Kingdom, they brought their Antoisa to breed.
It has become a luxury to get any cosmetics or jewelry/accessory made with their wings.

Life span:
Antoisa live a long time compared to other insects, they live for about 9 months in most of their life in their adult forms. (In the wild.).
While being taken care of by Grifix an Antois can live more (2 years is the record).
1 wk: they live as a small egg the size of the centimeter.
2 wk: they start growing their primary organs and head.
3 wk: they have fully grown their body and over time the egg has become three times the original size.
4 days later: the eggs hatch and the baby Antoisa are born.
Over time Antoisa will shed their skin and become bigger every time.
The record for the largest Antoisa is one that grew the size of a small Grifix pup. ( it was 2 years old)

Breeding:
Surprisingly Antoisa breed for life, and do not seek other mates unless theirs is dead.
The males do a dance to woo a future mate

Looks:
The have a mantis like body with a hard eskoskeleton. Their usually white or pastel colors. And their wings and horns are transparent with iridescent shine.
