EMP-452: Speckle

Speckle is Shadowbriar's younger brother. He has way too much energy so his parents, Shadow Breeze and Whisper, sent him to the Hunters Guild, where he could learn a skill and burn all that energy. He knows that he is free to return home anytime he wants, but he enjoys himself at the guild. He loves the social life, having friends to talk to and hang out with.
