☆Read before adopting. Owning my characters will confirm you agree to this and everything written below.☆

¤With my characters, you can: 

- Redesign them (KEEP THE REDESIGN AND OLD DESIGN IN THE ORIGINAL TH PROFILE AND ASK ME TO ADD YOU AS A DESIGNER.) 

- Commercial use [exclusive for Up For Sale characters or authorized users] (sell hoodies with their design, etc.) 

¤You can't: 

- Redesign them, make an outside profile and make profit out of the bootleg design. I will report you inmediatly. 

- Gain money from non-bought designs (claimed via trade and such.) BUT, I'm willing to give you permission to do it if you've added art of your own, commisioned or such! (StarPoint Grifix are allowed to be resold since they require effort to gain them)

- Claim as your own creation.

- Use them for offensive/nasty themes, such as bigotry, zoophilia or irl politics expression (fantasy politic depictions are fine, but this doesn't apply to "AUs of existing politics at irl countries.) 

- [Applied to TH] Delete the character/make it private so I cannot keep track of it. (Please, if you make my design private, provide me with an access key so I can keep track of it! This is to ensure the accomplishment of the point above this one. Failure to do so 72 hours after the request will grant me the right to take back the character.) Blocking me automatically grants me the right to take the character back.  

-[Applied to TH] Transfer them for any reason when the terms state the opposite in the "Ownership" menu.

-Transfer them to a blacklisted user. Unsurprisingly, you will be blacklisted as well!
