He was born into the house and when they saw his orb, he was immediately made a Fallen Angel. He was forced to wear his headgear almost all the time because the Angels deemed his orb unsightly and cursed, this lead to mistreatment as a cub to adulthood.
He gets along better with the Fallen Angels as many of them are more accepting and less judgemental.
