Mist Flow is the father of Spring Waters and the husband of River Splash. He and River met one day on accident while he was patrolling the castle, accidentally bumping into River and causing her to drop a potted plant. Feeling very sorry he helped her clean it up and apologized profusely. River thought he was very kind to help her clean it up and so their relantionship bloomed from that day.
Mist is very kind and takes his job seriously, he is loyal to the queen but not in an obsessed way. He is a good father and a good husband. He likes to spend time with his mate when off duty.
