OUT-86: Burning Venom

She is the child of a changeling and a kirin, and although it looks like she is a hybrid of the two she is a full changeling. Her parents loved each other very much and when the changeling parent lay an egg it is thought that it absorbed the love of the kirin parent and a bunch of radiation, which caused her to be permanently semi-shapeshifted into a 'kirinling'. 

 

Her shapeshifting abilities are stunted and she can only shapeshift further into a 'nirik' form. She uses this to intimidate others when she is mad or when she is paid to. She will take jobs that pay her to intimidate targets because surprisingly, bursting into flames is very good at doing that. It also helps she was born with a split jaw.

 

Instead of feeding on love she can feed on rage, so she is often cranky.
