TRIBE-172: Owl Fluffs

Owl Fluffs was a warrior in the tribe. Young and naive, she thought that one could only be fulfilled through love and therefore she had to find her soulmate as soon as possible and find happiness. Early in her teens, she fell in love with a charming healer. Believing that she found her soulmate, she didn’t care about anything else. One day, he proposed to her and she accepted without even thinking about it. She left behind her family and stepped over her warrior pride and became a healer for him. Only to find him cheating on her soon after, a few days before her wedding. Overwhelmed by anger and despair, she ran into the forest to release her anger. She never intended to leave for good, but she never came back. Nobody found a trace of her, and her disappearance remained a mystery.

In the present she feels no resentment for the one who cheated on her. She understood that she was too naive and trusted love blindly without even asking herself about the truth. It was her fault after all. Nobody should throw everything in a blink of an eye for someone. And after all, she found that she was very well on her own. Maybe the purpose of her life was, after all, a totally different one than what she thought, and love can be after all secondary. It’s surprisingly how life can throw you so that everything you believed in crumbles. But one can always rise back and find a new purpose.

In her time as a healer, her name was changed to Mountain-Top Moss. But now she took her name back, for she couldn’t think of herself other than with her old name.
