TRIBE-388: Lantana

Lantana is the half sister to Magma Astera, them both having the same mother, Magma Obsydra. She is also the half-aunt of Dahlia and Burning Comet. The two sisters don’t really talk due to Astera hating the mother they shared because she left The Starfell Clan to be with Lantana’s other mother. She also doesn’t speak to her because of her Starfell status, but Lantana always wished she could speak to her sister, to get to know her better, but Astera calls her a mistake of a sister and hated her for being there for her daughter Dahlia when she left Starfell Clan to be with her healer mate.

She always felt lonely, some of the healers from her mother’s generation turning their noses up at her because of what her mother did. She had no one to talk to, only her mothers and niece. So she’s extremely quiet and doesn’t talk much, some think she’s mute but she’s not, but she will talk softly. Lantana can also be extremely moody, snapping at others if they mess up her healing supplies or mess with her mask.

Her sphirix, Sandslash, likes to help her choose good ingredients for different wounds while trying to find them to heal battle wounds. She sometimes messes up and gets frustrated and starts to get upset at herself, but Sandslash tries to help calm her down to be able to do her work properly, and Sandslash does help and when Lantana calms down she’s able to work properly and get the job done, and then she’s happy again. Her mothers also helps calm her down when she’s in a bad mood or is in a bad depressive state, her mothers always being a security blanket for her because she has no one else to turn to, having the same issues that Dahlia is dealing with.

She later on starts to get a bit more confident with herself and hangs out with a warrior named Puma when she can, but she also has good friends like Camellia, Thistle, and a few others. They sometimes all work together to get their jobs done, Lantana happy to have such good friends that work by her side now, not feeling so alone anymore.
