out-73: Ragdoll

Because she lives in Klugetown and it’s all dry and dusty, Ragdoll looks very dull outside the water. She only becomes colorful in the water. When she goes deeper underwater her color gets darker and her hair tips start to glow.

She has a sister named Haze. The two are poor and have a hard time making a living, so they'll do anything it takes, stealing included. Ragdoll found a job at the LunaPOP! factory only to learn some very disturbing things about that drink... She'll still drink it, cause at the end of the day, she has never consumed something not disgusting in her life, so she didn't care. But she does try to get Haze to stop drinking it.
