[Lo-W2] Create an animal species challenge : Fungi Lurer Mouse
Fungi lurer mouse, a type of mammal living in damp places where fungus are seen more often( mainly in everfree forests).
-Comes in all shapes, and colors, except for the “fungi” growing out of it’s tail…or body. All of the fungi looks the same. Most of these species grow up to 50cm (along with the mouse).
-Fungi is the real body while the mouse part is just apart of its digestive system ( that is just like any other animal except for the excretion system).
-The “fungi” parts glow in the dark. Both “mouse “ counterpart and “fungi” counterpart acts as lure.
-Fungi lurer mouse is a heterotroph organism that feeds on other organisms. When prey comes near enough, their mouse counterpart snaps open from its “neck” and swallows the prey whole.
-The “fungi” part isn’t a fungi. It contains the organism’s brain and can subtly control magic ( the bioluminescent light ) to lure prey. The remaining system is on the “mouse” counterpart. Yes, these organism moves around just like any other animal.
-They don’t mate as often as they live quite a long time that can compare with a turtle. But still, they exchange their genes by….touching each other their “fungi” counterparts. Then they reproduce by the mouse counterpart giving birth (or just literally vomiting) through their mouths (the neck). The offspring looks like one single fungi but will mitosis really quickly before becoming a full-grown fungi lurer mouse in a matter of minutes.
-Grifixes are advised not to approach fungi that look too big or else they might get scarred mentally because oh boy their way of dining is 100% not cool. How does this…animal even evolve to this step???
