The hundreds of alicorn bodies were laying on the ground, all distorted and covered in blood. Among them stood out two, one black, resembling the night, covered in dark crystals, and one white, resembling the day, burning. The world was a deserted wasteland, all life was wiped out. The era of the pony reign was over. Nothing was left. All spirits of chaos had turned back to their original shape, howling above the earth, covering the atmosphere in an eternal storm of chaos and nightmares. The two gods were facing each other.

‘Ooh, Sister, long time no see!’ Said one of them, coming from the pile of alicorn bodies, seemingly excited.

‘Hm, good to see you!’ Spoke the other one. ‘Ahh, all we’ve built in these million years is gone... what a shame.’ She said, though she obviously wasn’t affected by the events.

‘Sooner or later, the time would have come, nothing could prevent it. All that is once created must die.’

‘Yes, that is the balance of existence’ spoke the second one. ‘Ain’t it funny sister, how they thought that this could have put an end to us?’

‘Yeah... but what do they know? For them a single day values as much as a hundred years for us. Hours may be months, minutes may be seconds... and yet they believe that it was so long! Haaa, it’s so hilarious! They can’t understand such simple concepts! It makes you think of them as quite pathetic.’

‘But can you blame them? A mortal life cannot comprehend the vastness of existence.’

‘Yes. All’s true.’

The two sisters stood in silence a few moments. Or were they years? Who knows? Time has no meaning when there aren’t mortals to perceive it. Time is just a concept created by life. Where there is no life all stops and all speeds up, cause it doesn’t matter anymore. What exists and what is destroyed is the same, for there is nobody to see it. The sun and the moon will always turn, no matter if there is someone to rise them or not. And yet they stay still for there is nobody to look at them. They may turn around the Earth for thousands of times. For immortals is the same as once. Cause a thousand years fit in a second and a second doesn’t exist anymore.

‘What now sister? We’ve destroyed it all. Should we rebuild this world?’

‘What else can we do? We’re fated to do this over and over again, till the death of Existence.’
