Part of the Knowledge Treaty, after the Great Cataclysm the Great Southern Library was built in the South of Equestria, on Mount Aris. The most important artifacts are held underwater, in Seaquestria. It is ran by Hippogriffs.
Workers at the library are sworn to secrecy. The library is not a usual public library, for it holds some the greatest knowledge of the world.
