EMP-201: Stellar Dust

She is Velvet's assistant, a total simp for her Headmaster. A bit totally crazy. She has way too much energy when it comes to the things she likes, and she never "likes" something, she is always obsessed with it. She has a sister, Muddy Rain, but she's the total opposite of Stellar. Stellar's madness drove Muddy Rain out of the house and she now lives with their cousin by father, Ash Wind, who is also Velvet's other assistant.

She also has another cousin, by mother, Ash Rain. As the oldest two girls in the family, the two ended up spending their early childhood together. Their mothers liked to dress them up the same and act as if the two were twins even if they weren't the exact same age. However, the two are very different personality wise and never actually got along that great.
