EMP-463: Summer

Summer is Sunshower and Starshower’s older cousin and Ocean Breeze’s niece. She is a full runner so she usually takes on longer runs. She has a cart so she can easily carry more stuff around. Ocean Breeze usually asks Summer nicely to take Sunshower along with her on her runs if Sunshower and her older sister aren’t getting along that day. Summer doesn’t mind at all doing it, but it does get tiring when you have a cub running in front of you a lot or slowing you down on very important days. Summer will sadly have to carry Sunshower in her cart if she is getting tired, making it more difficult to go and get to places quickly.

Ocean Breeze relies on Summer a lot when it comes to certain tasks, and Summer is proud she is seen for how dedicated she is to her job. There are days where Summer does need a break from hauling a lot of letters, scrolls, and packages to different parts of the Empire, so Ocean Breeze will give her a few days off to just recoup from a long few days of nonstop running.

Summer’s runs go everywhere, Entertainment District, Hunters Guild, Scholars Guild, etc. But she likes taking deliveries to the Herbalists Guild a lot more than any of the other places and usually spends a bit of time there catching up with her friend, Heather. The two have been friends since they were kits, their parents being really good friends. The two act like sisters, and they will help each other out with anything in life. Sometimes some of the Herbalists or older runners will catch them talking and will tell them to get back to work, but all they do is look at each other and laugh while saying goodbye for the day and running back off to do their jobs.
