OUT-94: Royal Ribbons

Little brother to Spectrum Ribbons and cousin to Deep Rivers and Bluer Merlin. He will annoy his big sister in the Library when he is allowed to visit, asking too many questions and leaving papers with crayon drawings everywhere. His sister will just sigh and ruffle his feathers, she doesn't like her job much but his presence does brighten her day. 

 

He spends most of his time around his two cousins Deep Rivers and Bluer Merlin. He likes playing with them and running around though he doesn't have a close bond with them as they have with each other, sometimes he feels left out and then will go bother his older sister.
