Lover's Stone Day

Lover's Stone is the divided grifix spring equinox holiday. It was created to replace the Heartfire Holiday by the first Divided Grifix.

 

During this day, the whole camp will gather rocks, plants and bones and bring them to the middle of the camp where they will start arranging everything around a bonfire which they will light up at night. 

The rocks and everything is usually placed so that it creates bigger shapes and drawings on the ground, and the divided blessed with wings will be able to fly up high and admire the beautiful patterns created by everyone's work. Those without wings will still be able to climb the cliffs around the camp if they want to admire it.

 

At night, the fire in the center will be lit up, and grifix will dance around the rocks. During the day, it is customary to gift a painted stone to the one you want to dance with, and if they accept, they will place it with the other rocks. It is only those stones that are painted. 

 

This is also the day when grifix most often confess their love - in order to do so, they will gather many rocks, plants and bones and arrange them in a small artwork similar with the big one in the center of the camp. They will then show it to the grifix they love as a form of confession.

 

Children often like to gift each other rocks and create small artworks for their friends, but it doesn't hold the same meaning for them, they just do it for fun.
