Many believe Fellen Grasslands to be the the headmaster of this guild, and she is indeed the one to represent it in the Scholars Council. However, truth is officially it's her father who is the headmaster.

Acts like some kind of secretary of the headmaster.

Grifix that are once in a while sent in expeditions outside of the Frozen Empire, in order to find plants and seeds to bring back to the guild. They also have to gather information about growing those plants and record information about the enviroments they grow in: temperature, soil, humidity, other notable information.

In the time that they are not on any expeditions they work on aclimating the plants they bring to the Empire and ease their growth.

When going out on expeditions, they go all together most of the time, but some of them prefer going in smaller groups or pairs. They are mostly looking for edible or usable plants such as cotton, and only bring back plants that do not already grow in the guild's greehouses. 

Common grifix part of the guild. They either study plants or grow them in order to provide food for the grifix. Lately, some sort of a trend has appeared amongst the grifix which made them prefer eating plants from the Herbalists Guild instead of meat from the Hunters Guild which cause the Hunters Guild to lose funding and influence.
