Hangāhausu
Empire Underguild inside Entertainers Guild

Hangāhausu is a decently sized 'haunted' entertainment house. When walking inside the abandoned-looking building, one will notice that it seems bigger on the inside than on the outside. It has many rooms themed after the rooms of a traditional japanese house (kitchen, dining area, hallways etc) that patrons have to pass through. When patrons enter a gas is released that makes them perceive themselves as much smaller than they actually are and everything around them much bigger than it actually is. Each room has an entertainer dressed up as a monster or yokai to scare patrons, and the patrons must find a way to escape the rooms.
Because of how realistic it all seems, the place seems to have gathered a lot of “real” ghosts and monsters, swarming with yokai that appeared because customers were convinced what they saw was real. The creatures do not hurt entertainers, because the entertainers usually don’t think the yokai want to hurt them.
Outfits are pretty lax, though adult entertainers must dress up in monster/yokai costumes. Entertainers that work there for a longer time have become immune to the gas used to scare the patrons but if any new ones join they must wear something that will prevent them from inhaling the gas.
The house takes in many orphans, though the House Mother despises children and treats them very poorly. Despite that, they are very integral to the house, gathering the secrets that spill from any terrified patrons by hiding around the place. The House Mother lets them wear rags or old clothes, for they must look dull and dreary. Orphans are often looked after by elderly entertainers that mostly clean the house and any others that take pity on them.
The House Mother is very cruel and cold towards anyone, though especially cubs. She doesn't treat anyone with respect. It is a wonder anyone still works for her…
