HISTORY
A guild that took birth from the grifix's desires. Little good can lie in a place like this. Nobody remembers how and when it formed, but they all remember it to have been around all of their lives. It is the same since the birth of the Empire, constantly unchanged.
PATRONS
The patron Goddess of the Entertainers Guild is Night Woods, a symbol of beauty from her time. As beauty is timeless, one and the same forever, unchanged. She is the goddess of eternity and living beauty.
In order to honor their goddess, the grifix from this Guild set up a shrine for her in every house. The shrine is believed to bring beauty and wealth to those residing inside. Not taking care of the shrine is believed to bring poverty and take the beauty away from those who reside in the house. The goddess will always take care of the entertaines to remain young and beautiful as long as they take care of the shrines.
HIERARCHY
THE HEADMASTERs
The Entertainers Guild has no headmaster. The guild is split in many houses instead of underguilds, which focus all on the same thing. Whenever the Council must meet, the houses headmasters gather and pick one to attend that meeting. It is usually one of the major houses headmasters. The minor ones, with no influence, are ignored and never get to attend the meetings.
These headmasters all own an House and focus on making as much money as possible from the house. However, more important than money is the secrets, the gossip that they can obtain through the entertainers. Besides buing entertainers, they must also raise the new ones and make them as seductive and beautiful. All arts must be tought, and that is the role of the headmasters. The better they raise an entertainer, the more success they will have.
entertainers
The grifix part of the houses. They are mostly beautiful females, but there can be males as well. They must entertain their customers through various ways, like dancing, singing, playing instruments or performind various arts. If one is appreciated enough, the customer can request a meeting with the entertainer, alone., if the entertainer approves. The meetings are expensive, and the main source of income for the houses. They are also where lots of secrets get revealed, as few can keep their mouth shut in the front of beauty.
New entertainers often do not take part in such meetings, or don't even get to perform at all. At the beggining they just help around the house and welcome customers. It takes a feww years for an entertainer to be fully trained.
APPEARANCE
The Guild's Neighborhood is filled of wooden houses that seem like a strange deviation from the dark, stone architecture of the empire. The main houses of the Entertainers Guild are placed on the main street of the neighborhood, a long, straight, large street. The other houses are built behind, in a chaotic manner with no order or sense. The houses are pained in red and covered in lights. The place seems dead and empty during the day, but it all comes alive at night.
Houses (UNDERGUILDS)
It is ran by a bunch of major houses, that all serve the same purpose. They fight for every beautiful female that joins the guild, as beauty equals money and influence. They all try to obtain as many connections as possible through the Entertainers they own. All secrets are revealed here. Nothing can stay hidden. Beauty reveals all, because it lies, it deceives, it steals everything.
Amongst the houses there count THE RED MOON HOUSE, THE MOONSHADOW CRANE, TRINISETTE BOUQUET, FAFNIR'S TREASURE, YOKAI NO IE, THE HARPSONG HOUSE and others.
You are free to create your own house for the Entertainers Guild, but it must be approved first!
Note: if it wasn't clear, the Entertainers Guild is some sort of red-light district. You may compare it to the entertainers district in Demon Slayer if you want to understand better.
