APPEARANCE
The neighbourhood is build around the Main Street of the guild, which is a straight and wide street with tall buildng on each sides. The buildings differ a lot from the other neighbourhoods of the empire, having a relatively square shape without much stilistic details other than a couple of floral ornaments common to the Empire. Those buildings are mainly the same size and similar in appearance. Each of them acts as the headquarters of an underguild. The street ends penperdicularily on a bigger building, which is the Guild's Headquarters. Between each of the buildings there are smaller streets that go sideways, penperdicularily to the Main Street. They limit the house sectors in which the grifix live so that behind an underguild's headquarters live all the grifix that are part of that underguild, and they do not mix with the others. This was, however, just the way the neghborhood was designed aat first, cause if you get far enough from the Main Street all the order falls apart. There are streets going in all directions and grifix built their homes wherever they pleased. There are houses in which there live grifix from many underguilds. Still, the most important grifix from each underguild live behind their underguild's headquarters.
The Merchants neighbourhood is located on the side of the Empire, so it freely streches outside. Because of how big it became over time, it now reaches outside of the giant sphirix's protective warmth. The least influential grifix have no choice but to live in the cold. It is one of the only parts of the empire that requires heating, but wood is hard to obtain because of how far north the Empire is.
HISTORY
When the Empire was being built, the big area it covered caused a lot of issues when it came to communication. Grifix from different part of the Empire kept sending youngsters to deliver information and goods to other sides of the Empire. At the begining, these grifix were just part of other guilds but eventually it became clear that there was need for a guild to asssure communication across the Empire and that's how the Merchants Guild was first founded.
It may seem like the "Information Runners" is an unimportant underguild to an outsider, but truth is that was the original Merchants Guild. As the Information Runners Guild grew, they became the Merchants Guild.
PATRONS
The Patron God is Wolfsbane, a creature of unknown origin that wears the skin of a white boar and posesses any thinkable goods.
HIERARCHY
THE HEADMASTER
Will be revealed in the future. They act as a regulator of all trades and represent the guild in the twelve guilds council.
THE HEADMASTER'S ASSISTANT
A secretary that keeps track of the scedule and helps the headmaster throughout the day.
Underguilds Moderators
Each underguild has a moderator who regulate everything in the underguild and make sure all works well.
Moderator assistants
Similar to the Headmaster's Assistant, they help the moderators throughout the day.
Headquarters residents
Grifix that work in the Guild's Headquarters and reside in the Merchants neighbourhood.
runners
They deliver stuff from the Headquarters to each of the Guild neighbourhood Offices. They reside in the Merchants neighbourhood.
neighbourhood Moderators
They manage the Offices in the other Guild neighbourhoods. They live in the offices. Each guild in the Frozen Empire has an office and a neighbourhood Moderator from the Merchants Guild. Big underguilds also have one.
Delivery Grifix
Grifix who deliver from each office to individuals in the respective Guild neighbourhood. They live in the office. They do NOT deliver outside of their respective neighbourhood.
neighbourhood Office residents
A few grifix that reside in the neighbourhood Offices. They help the Moderator around and do stuff like cooking for the neighbourhood grifix and stuff.
Food is one of the main things they work with.
In some cases, the offices have no residents aside from the Moderator and Delivery grifix, so those two must handle food.

Indifviduals that are not part of any underguild. Each of them may have cetain things they excel at and are renewed for.
organization
The merchants guild has offices in every guild neighbourhood. There are grifix who work in the offices and they live there permanently, there are grifix who work in the merchants guild headquarters and there are grifix who deliver from the headquarters to every office. Every underguild is organized in permanent residents of the offices, interguilds delivery grifix and headquarters workers.
Every office has managers and delivery grifix who deliver and pick up stuff from around the guild neighbourhood, then bring everything to the office where the manager organizes everything and gives it to interguilds delivery grifix that come periodically. The offices also have at least a grifix who’s part of the foodgivers guild who processes some food in order to make canned food, jam and other things that can be kept for longer periods of time.
Underguilds
Foodgivers
They are responsible with delivering food in every guild neighbourhood. They pick up food from the hunters guild and recently from the herbalists guild. They have grifix placed in every guild neighbourhood office, and they are responsible for assuring that every guild has enough food to feed every member. They are an extremely big and important underguild.
Oregivers
They handle deliveries of minerals from the miners guild. They mainly have to deliver to the craftsman and tailors guild, but sometimes they also get orders from other guilds.
Clothgivers
They deliver clothes and other textile goods that are produces by the tailors guild. Also handle things such as jewellery and any other fashion items. They also handle decorative items that may be related to textiles, such as curtain clippers. A very important decorative item they hadle are textile flowers produced by the tailors guild. The Frozen Empire grifix love flower decorations because they can't grow actual flowers so those are very important.
Armsdealers
They mostly handle orders and deliveries between the Soldiers Guild and the Blacksmiths Guild. Those two guilds have an accord under which the Soldiers have lower prices on weapons in exchange for various services. The Weapon Merchants may sell weapons to grifix outside the Soldiers Guild, but because that is not covered by the accord the prices are very high.
toolgivers
They deliver various tools, maily from the Blacksmiths Guild, such as needles, hammers or any type of tool that does not fit in the other underguilds' expertise.
They also handle deliveries of any items and tools that may be used in cooking, such as pottery and silverware.
They also handle furniture orders and deliveries between anywhere in the Empire and the Furniture Craftsman Guild.
Information runners
They deliver letters, information, and anything else that is not a material object. Also deliver personal packages from one individual to the other.

They handle orders and deliveries for anything that doesn't fit in the other underguilds' expertise.
