They're the leader and the owner of the house, as well as the owner of every grifix part of the house.
Without actually intending to become the house mother, before she knew it she found herself representing the House at a guild meeting - at which point she realized she actually became the house mother against her will.
She loathed the previous house mother which is why she refused to take on the house "mother" rank and instead calls herself the house "father".

As the customers get more and more excited, they will give more valuable stuff to the entertainers to try their tricks on. The objects will never be returned, so beware!
