Koinobori
Yokai Apparitions
Koinobori are friendly apparitions that are often seen swimming in the air around the Entertainment District. They usually keep their distance from grifix, but sometimes they descend and play with grifix, swirling around them. They especially do this with cubs and young grifix.
When a cub is lost, they are believed to help them find their way back home.
They used to be very rare, but in the last few years someone has been putting up koinobori flags all over the Entertainment District and now they have become extremely common.
