Alternate Types
Seasonal Sphirix Corruption

Seasonal Sphirix Corruption (Legendary)

Parent Trait: Sphirix Corruption (Epic)
Species: Grifix (Divided Grifix subtype)

The corruption advances and reverses based on the grifix's magic intensity. Because of this, it is influeced by the natural fluxuation of grifix magic, which gets stronger at certain times of the year (equinoxes and solstices).

It is the worst during the Autumn Equinox, as grifix magic is stronger at that time.

Grifix with this trait MUST have both versions included in their reference: Minimal Corruption and Maximal Corruption.

Minimal corruption can be as little as Sphirix Tail. There are no limits for maximal corruption.

Progressive Sphirix Corruption

Progressive Sphirix Corruption (Legendary)

Parent Trait: Sphirix Corruption (Epic)
Species: Grifix (Divided Grifix subtype)

It progresses from the moment the grifix is born. Starting from the tail, it will slowly cover the entire grifix and completely turn them into that animal (however they rarely get to that stage, they either die or kill themselves because of the pain, or the disease stops before they get there).

In the case of limbless sphirix such as snakes or worms, their limbs fall off when the corruption is advanced enough. For some unknown reason, this disease is much more common between grifix with such sphirix than other kinds.
